Installation
Prep the application area and make sure it is free from dust, debris, wax, etc.
The 3M requires installation temperatures of 70-80 degrees. It has a solid bond after 24 hours and will achieve full bond after 72 hours.
Use another person to test fit the vortex generator prior to starting the actual install. Note the proper position. Use the cleaner and then promoter where the 3M will touch the roof.
Remove the ends of the 3M backing tape under the middle fins. For the border, expose enough so that you can pull it out from under the vortex generator once you put it back on.
Reposition the vortex generator in the correct position and remove all of the 3M backing tape. Press down firmly.
